It appears Miley’s father, Billy Ray Cyrus musician, had at one point discouraged her from leaving Justin Gatson for her current boy friend, Gregg Sulkin. But Billy has come around and has even offered to assist Sulkin with his acting career.

I love her blonde hair. I don’t really like her gross brown hair. Her blonde hair looks much better because it’s BLONDE. BLONDE HAIR IS THE BEST HAIR COLOR.
